Scrum Vibes Gives – Outside With Kindness

Scrum Vibes Gives is an initiative set to launch around the second-year anniversary of the Scrum Vibes community. This endeavor aims to embody and promote the core values of humanism by extending kindness beyond our immediate circles. The primary focus of this initiative is to distribute food and essential necessities to underprivileged individuals residing in shelters. This global outreach will take place in various cities worldwide where Scrum Vibes has an established community presence. The goal is to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of those in need, reflecting the community’s commitment to humanitarian principles – quite simply, we are about to be “Outside with Kindness” – Pull up!

Clarion Call from Coach J®:For over 20 years, I’ve been dedicated to making a meaningful impact both locally and internationally, aligning my efforts with my birthday and major holidays. My mission involves reaching out to the homeless, motherless/orphaned, and those unfairly labeled as ‘mad’ on the streets. During these encounters, I offer them meals and engage in heartfelt conversations where possible. The most fulfilling aspect is seeing the joy and happiness that these acts of kindness instill in their lives. My most recent homeless shelter endeavor was this past Thanksgiving (2023), where I had the honor of feeding about 10-15 individuals near the Mass Ave homeless shelter in Boston. I engage weekly and continuously in these acts of altruism in other spaces where I have reach. Overall, these experiences have profoundly influenced not only those I’ve aided but also my own outlook on life and the essence of human connection.

These moments of connection and care have come to define both my actions and my identity.

I am Coach J®, the Leader & Founder of the House “Carpe Diem,” a.k.a Sensei Kaizen, the Lion of Scrum Vibes. In a world filled with diverse beliefs, I wholeheartedly choose humanity as my ONLY religion. This deep-seated belief in the significance of human connection and compassion is the driving force behind all my endeavors.
